Circuit Judge Daniel Green denied a motion to dismiss filed by the AG's Office asking the court to dismiss the lawsuit filed against SB 391. All 3 counts of the case were upheld and the case will proceed to the next scheduled hearing on December 9th. SB 391 was a prime example of state governmental overreach.
